1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, you may only use Class Connect with the permission of a parent, guardian or school.

2. Accounts and roles

You choose a Teacher or Student role at signup. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password secure. Teacher accounts may require document verification and approval before they can teach or change teaching level.

3. Live classes and replays

Teachers control whether a stream and its replay are public or premium. Teachers must own or have the right to share everything they broadcast, and may not stream content that is unlawful, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise harmful to learners.

4. Chat conduct

Live chat is automatically filtered. Offensive messages can result in a temporary chat ban of 48 hours, which lifts automatically. You may request a review of a ban from your dashboard.

5. Subscriptions and pricing

Premium access is sold per teacher at a fixed monthly price set by the teacher's level. Prices are shown before you subscribe, in the stated currency. Subscriptions continue until cancelled.

6. Reports and suspension

Streams can be reported for manual review. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms; a suspended teacher cannot go live or post until the suspension is lifted, and affected subscribers are notified.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as Class Connect grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
